Participants will learn how responsibilities are structured and shared between the Customer, Partner, and SAP, and how this clarity supports effective execution, governance and successful adoption.
Iguacel Ordejon is a Global Adoption Advisor for RISE with SAP with more than 18 years of experience at SAP, supporting customers across their Cloud ERP and S/4HANA transformation journeys. Based in Madrid, Iguacel works with global customers to support the adaptation required in their operating models, clarify responsibilities, and drive successful adoption of Cloud ERP Private. In addition to her long‑standing SAP experience, Iguacel brings first‑hand perspective from working across the full SAP ecosystem, having also supported transformations from both customer and partner environments. This end‑to‑end view enables her to translate the SAP Cloud Framework into practical, real‑world accountability, helping customers, partners, and SAP align effectively to achieve sustainable business outcomes.
