Oliver is an experienced transformation leader with over a decade of hands‑on delivery across major business programmes underpinned by SAP S/4HANA and its supporting applications. Over the last 10+ years, he has held leadership roles throughout the full programme lifecycle, including Enterprise Architecture, Programme Management, Business Analysis, UAT leadership, and roles in communications, change and adoption.

Oliver currently serves as Director, Enterprise Architecture at AstraZeneca, where he is responsible for defining and governing the strategic direction of the enterprise Integrated Toolchain, as well as taking direct responsibility for AstraZeneca’s implementation of SAP’s Business Transformation Management (BTM) suite, including LeanIX, Signavio and WalkMe.
