She has a proven history of working collaboratively with the business on promoting growth, improving financial performance and establishing governance frameworks. Amy is adept at partnering with executive leadership to shape business solutions and ensure compliance in complex, regulated environments. As a Business Process Owner for Finance and Engage-To-Staff for Illuminate, Amy plays a pivotal part in shaping KPMG’s integrated value chain transformation strategy, aligning technology, people and processes to drive organisational agility and future-ready capabilities.

Mr Conor Riordan

Director of Customer Service – Europe, Middle East and Africa, Pfizer

Conor is Director of Customer Service – Europe, Middle East and Africa at Pfizer with a focus on Business Process Improvement and Value Realisation using ERP, Analytics and Process Mining. He has over 22 years’ experience working with SAP across a number of companies and has managed over 30 implementations in this time. Prior to Pfizer, Conor worked for Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Xansa, Elan Pharmaceuticals and National Medical Care. He has been an active member of the User Group since 2010 and is a committee member of the Ireland Community. In 2024 Conor was appointed Chair of UKISUG

Dipti is Director of Global Tax and Trade Technology with Haleon. A strong advocate of technology as the enabler to drive business value and growth. She brings over 20 years of experience with ERP, Data and Analytics having worked with GSK, Fitch Ratings and BP. Beginning her career as a Chartered Accountant has helped her contribute to Finance functions meaningfully. We are delighted to welcome Dipti onto our Board of Directors as of April, 2025.
