From mobile applications that enhanced stock management and operational efficiency across its store network, the business has successfully translated technology investments into measurable business value whilst supporting the premium customer experience expected of a leading luxury retailer.
Today, that journey is evolving with SAP Business AI Platform (BAIP).
This session explores how Watches of Switzerland is building upon its existing SAP BTP investments to embrace the next generation of intelligent business processes and autonomous enterprise capabilities. Rather than leading with technology alone, the programme has focused on identifying clear business value drivers, securing stakeholder buy-in and bringing business and IT teams together to co-design solutions that drive adoption and deliver ROI.
Attendees will hear how Watches of Switzerland has used collaborative discovery workshops, rapid prototyping and MVP-led delivery approaches to identify high-value opportunities and create an innovation roadmap that can scale over time. As part of this journey, Watches of Switzerland is currently developing a new AI-enabled order fulfilment solution built on SAP Business AI Platform. The solution aims to intelligently orchestrate the fulfilment process, helping teams manage the journey from customer order through to stock allocation, fulfilment and collection, whilst ensuring colleagues have the right information at the right time to deliver a seamless customer experience.
The session will include an exclusive look at the early-stage development of the application, demonstrating how SAP Business AI Platform enables organisations to move rapidly from concept and MVP to scalable enterprise solutions. Attendees will see how existing SAP BTP foundations can be extended with AI-driven capabilities, creating a practical and accelerated path towards the autonomous enterprise.
