Craig Dale
Chief Executive
With over 25 years of proven leadership and business development experience, underpinned by a postgraduate MBA, Craig joined UKISUG as its first employee in 2004. Craig has led the User Group through intense growth and looks forward to providing increased benefits to all parts of the SAP ecosystem. Representing the User Group within the SAP User Group Executive Network (SUGEN), Craig works collaboratively with both SAP Executives and User Groups from around the world at a strategic level, to create added value for SAP customers globally. In 2019, Craig joined the Board of the Institute of Association Leadership (IAL) as a non-executive Director (NED) having spent 15 years leading UKISUG, enabling him to give something back to the industry. IAL supports Associations in their strive for excellence, by sharing best practice and leveraging experts from relevant industries. Craig looks forward to helping drive the institute forward into its new era.
Helen Borland
General Manager
An experienced Manager, with an MSc in Management, Helen has been with the UK & Ireland SAP User Group since 2012. As General Manager, Helen is passionate about promoting the User Group, as the independent SAP Community, for all users of SAP, focussed on helping to understand how both users and organisations can benefit from membership with the User Group, across its core pillars of Learning, Networking, Collaborating and Influencing within the world of SAP.
Kirsten Boucher
Events Manager
Kirsten has worked for the User Group since 2010. Kirsten's role has grown over the year's and as the Events Manager, Kirsten is responsible for the organisation and delivery of all the Special Interest Group (SIG) meetings and events. Kirsten works closely with the SIG chairs and SAP experts to ensure that all User Group events, activities and symposiums are effectively managed and delivered to maximise their content, structure and member/customer participation.
Robyn Brentley
Corporate Account Manager
With several years experience in customer relations management and a Bachelors of Commerce in Management, Robyn’s role within the User Group is to maintain general member engagement with existing members, as well as build relationships with new and prospective members. Part of her responsibilities is helping members to use their membership to its full potential.
Sarah Cavanagh
Member Engagement Co-ordinator
Sarah has worked for the User Group since 2010. Sarah’s role is to work with existing members in a timely and efficient manor dealing with their everyday needs and enquires they may have. Sarah also assists and supports the growth of new members to help the User Group grow.
Gemma Craddy
Accounting Co-ordinator
Since joining the User Group in 2013 Gemma has attained her AAT level 2 & 3 qualifications and is now studying AAT level 4 and doing a level 4 Diploma in Business Skills. Gemma is responsible for the day-to-day running of the sales and purchases ledger accounts.
Matthew Dale
Head Of Business Development
Matt’s role within the User Group is to build existing and develop new relationships with our affiliate member community. In his role, Matt sources sponsors for all User Group events throughout the year, including the Annual Conference exhibition.
Beth Fountain
Marketing Co-ordinator
Having graduated with a first in Business with International Management in 2019, Beth has joined UKISUG to give a fresh outlook and focus on marketing activities, with an emphasis on the annual conference building new and existing business relationships. Beth looks to apply her previous marketing experience across the User Group.
Ellie Beagrie
Admin Support
Ellie joined us in early 2019 and brings a range of experience from previous customer services roles. As Admin Support, Ellie’s role is focused on supporting our activities, particularly around the planning and co-ordination of our Special Interest Group events, taking place across the UK & Ireland.
Jakob Harrison
Account Co-ordinator
Our newest member of the team. As a recent Business graduate from Northumbria University Jakob has joined UKISUG and is looking to build on his previous experience to further develop his networking skills by building relationships with our existing members as well as creating new relationships.
