User Group Team

With over 25 years of proven leadership and business development experience, underpinned by a postgraduate MBA, Craig joined UKISUG as its first employee in 2004. Craig has led the User Group through intense growth and looks forward to providing increased benefits to all parts of the SAP ecosystem as UKISUG looks to drive success for the SAP community, creating unrivalled resources, education and advocacy. Representing the User Group within the SAP User Group Executive Network (SUGEN), Craig works collaboratively with both SAP Executives and User Groups from around the world at a strategic level, to create added value for SAP customers globally.

Ellie joined us in early 2019 and brings a range of experience from previous customer services roles. As Admin Support, Ellie’s role is focused on supporting our activities, particularly around the planning and co-ordination of our Community events, taking place across the UK & Ireland.

With a successful career in sales and marketing, Craig joined the User Group in 2022 as one of our community development executives. His role is to support the growth of our vibrant SAP community and is passionate about building long-lasting relationships. Craig enjoys welcoming new members and SAP partners to the User Group, ensuring they enjoy our full support.

An experienced Manager, with an MSc in Management, Helen has been with the UK & Ireland SAP User Group since 2012. As General Manager, Helen is passionate about promoting the User Group, as the independent SAP Community, for all users of SAP, focussed on helping to understand how both users and organisations can benefit from membership with the User Group, across its core pillars of Learning, Networking, Collaborating and Influencing within the world of SAP.

With several years experience in customer relations management and a Bachelors of Commerce in Management, Robyn’s role within the User Group is to maintain general member engagement with existing members, as well as build relationships with new and prospective members. Part of her responsibilities is helping members to use their membership to its full potential.

Sarah has worked for the User Group since 2010. Sarah’s role is to work with existing members in a timely and efficient manor dealing with their everyday needs and enquires they may have. Sarah also assists and supports the growth of new members to help the User Group grow.

Priscilla is a multi-lingual event professional from Hong Kong; she is a MSc International Marketing graduate from Newcastle University and has over eight years experience in events management across entertainment, MICE and corporate events. She is passionate about event management and creating unforgettable experiences for people. Priscilla's role at the user group is to look after Communities and Focus Group events, webinars and symposiums within UK & Ireland.

Paulina has been part of our team since 2024 and brings several years of international marketing experience from her Bachelor's degree, apprenticeship and professional experience in Germany. She will implement and drive marketing strategies and campaigns for the Community Development and Community Success Team.

Sue comes from Teesside University, where she served as a Community Hub/Events Assistant. In this role, she specialised in organising community events and fostering connections between charities and businesses. Sue has extensive experience managing large-scale events, including university graduations and the Community Hub Conference. Her expertise in bringing diverse groups together and creating meaningful collaborative experiences makes her a valuable addition to the UKISUG team.

Vicky has held various roles within the User Group, over the past sixteen years, which has provided an insight into all areas of the organisation. As PA to the Chief Executive, Vicky also supports the day to day functions of the User Group.

Phyu joined the User Group in November 2021 and has several years of experience in Finance. Phyu's role, is to oversee all the accounting processes, produces accurate monthly reports and prepare annual budgets ensuring the rise of sales/purchase orders. She will also deal with day-to-day enquiries.

With 16 years’ experience in retail and telecommunications, Grosh is one of our community development executives. His role is to support the growth of our vibrant SAP community by welcoming new members and SAP partners to the User Group. Grosh works closely with our success team to ensure all members get value from the wealth of support and resources on offer.

Toby joined us as a Community Success Apprentice in early 2023 having previously been doing event management for a family business. He will be assisting in the daily functions of the office and supporting the Community Success team. Toby successfully completed his apprenticeship in December 2024 and has taken up his new role as Community Success Co-ordinator.
