Join Rob Grimes, SAP, for an insightful session exploring how Autonomous AI is transforming Treasury and Working Capital Management.
As AI continues to evolve from supporting tasks to driving intelligent action, organisations have an opportunity to rethink how finance processes are managed, optimised and automated. In this session, Rob will provide an overview of SAP's Autonomous AI strategy, demonstrating how AI assistants and agents can help finance teams accelerate analysis, enhance decision-making, automate routine activities and unlock greater business value.
Learn how forward-thinking organisations are incorporating AI into their finance and treasury operations and gain practical insights into the role these technologies can play in improving efficiency, agility and control.
Following the presentation, the session will transition into an exclusive members-only roundtable discussion, providing an opportunity for attendees to share experiences, discuss challenges, exchange ideas and explore how AI can be applied within their own organisations.
Whether you're exploring AI for the first time or looking to accelerate your existing strategy, this is an excellent opportunity to learn from SAP and engage directly with your peers in the UKISUG community.

A little about me…
An accountant but didn’t survive the repeat cycles of month ends & FP&As for longer than a year! I pivoted early on in my career into Enterprise Tech - aka SAP. Y1 of SAP nothing made sense and it all felt like a huge mistake! But slowly my logical mind took over and the blue screens were no longer scary. I could see the logic. I could see the reason behind every code written, every table maintained. And an accountant fell in love with technology.
I have spent over two decades in the industry designing, driving and successfully delivering Transformation programs mostly with SAP and its adjacent technologies focussed on the Finance and Procurement value streams working with BP, Fitch Ratings, GSK and now Haleon. I have always seen technology as the enabler and take pride in applying first principles and simplifying. It has been very fulfilling to see the evolution of the Finance value streams unlocking significant business value leveraging data and technology. At the heart of all of this is user adoption. In my view user stories make the biggest impact. Being part of the UKISUG community brought this to life for me. Being a member has been enriching. Me and my teams have had invaluable support with knowledge sharing, staying current and building some meaningful connections. User group brings people together and their authenticity of growing together for collective success has been powerful for me. I am hoping to keep that energy flowing!
I am an IT Director at Haleon (ex-GSK Consumer Health) and have led several transformation initiatives building strong and outcome focussed teams. I have run several product strategies and landed a host of SAP cloud applications. We are currently in the discovery phase of our strategy to S/4 and what it means for business transformation.
A big part of me wants to give back to the community and make a bigger impact. I, my team and my organisation have gained immensely being part of the user group. My career choices have kept me at the core in Finance Tech but to be able to contribute to Finance functions meaningfully, I have had a wide understanding of different business processes across value streams and the role Enterprise Tech plays.
I envision a future where SAP User Group becomes a hub for not just Tech but for all business teams and leaders, sharing compelling stories of SAP-driven business impact. I have always been impressed by the user group's impartiality and its role in making SAP more accountable to its users. With a business community growing, my focus will be to make UKISUG an even stronger influence on SAP in this era of pace requiring more responsible Tech!
Make a real impact but keep it human is my mojo! I encourage you to take the time to vote (whoever you choose) to shape the future of the user group.
Best wishes,
Dipti
