The UK Government confirmed in November 2025 that mandatory e-invoicing will apply to all VAT invoices from April 2029, covering both B2B and B2G transactions.

For SAP users, the focus is not only on compliance. It is about making e-invoicing work across real finance and IT landscapes. That means getting the right data out of SAP, integrating with your existing invoice flows and choosing an approach that stays flexible as requirements evolve.

In this webinar, Symtrax explain what the Government has proposed and what businesses can start doing now to be ready.

What you’ll learn:
  • What e-invoicing means in practice
  • The consultation outcome and latest UK position
  • Proposed e-invoicing framework and model
  • Implementation challenges
  • Why AP, AR and IT teams need to work together
  • Best practices and what’s ahead
The webinar also includes a short demo showing how e-invoicing works with SAP ERP for both inbound and outbound processes, helping you prepare with clarity and minimal disruption.
