Security and Control is rarely straightforward and the pressure is only growing. Whether you're grappling with segregation of duties, rethinking role design or getting to grips with the shifting demands of cloud security, you're almost certainly not the only one. This virtual roundtable gives you the space to say so out loud.
Facilitated by UKISUG Security & Control Group Leads Dwaipayan Mazumder (Welsh Water) and Leanne Kania (Pets at Home), this session is designed to be a genuine, practical exchange, not a presentation. Attendees are encouraged to bring examples from their own organisations, share what's working and talk honestly about what isn't. Every voice in the room adds value.
This is a peer-to-peer conversation at its most valuable, no sales agenda, just SAP professionals helping each other navigate some of the toughest challenges in the space. Leanne Kania
Leanne has been with Pets At Home for over 6.5 years and recently stepped into the role of SAP & Identity Controls Lead, following a successful project to strengthen SAP controls in line with the UK Corporate Governance Code. Prior to this, she spent 4 years as a SAP Security Specialist, developing deep expertise in access governance, role design, and audit readiness.
She is passionate about staying ahead of the fast-evolving audit landscape and ensuring strong, sustainable controls are in place to protect Pets At Home’s systems and data. Leanne brings a proactive, collaborative approach to governance and compliance, helping the business stay resilient and audit-ready.
Dwaipayan Mazumder
Dwaipayan currently works as a Senior SAP Technical Solution Specialist for Dwr Cymru Welsh Water supporting the Security and Technical topics for the SAP S/4HANA programme. Over eight years of experience implementing various SAP solutions in technical roles including large Greenfield S/4HANA projects, Dwaipayan is always on the look to learn about the next thing and intends to continue the learning journey in Enterprise Applications.

Andreas Malandrinos
Andreas holds a First Class Diploma in Computer Engineering and has worked with SAP as an employee in big multinationals since 2000 and as an independent consultant for various clients since 2005. In the last 7 years, he is focusing on Enterprise, Technical and Security Architecture of complex SAP Hybrid landscapes. Andreas holds multiple SAP Technical certifications but also Cyber Security and Enterprise Architecture certifications like CISSP, CCSP, CISA and TOGAF Level 1 and 2.
