Featured Sessions

As organisations across the UK and Ireland continue to invest in data and AI, new opportunities are emerging for innovation, leadership and career growth. In this session, Georgia, Head of Data and AI for SAP UK and Ireland, will share her perspective on the evolving AI market, key industry trends and what these developments mean for women in technology. Drawing on her experience leading SAP's Data and AI strategy, as well as previous leadership roles, Georgia will offer insights from working with organisations across a range of industries and discuss how women can position themselves to succeed in an increasingly AI-driven world.

Artifical Intelligence is changing the way we work, collaborate and make decisions. Stany Winkler from Google shares how AI is helping to streamline workflows, enhance productivity and support better strategic thinking across Google. Through real-world examples and actionable takeaways, attendees will discover how AI can become a valuable digital partner in their everyday work.

VibeCoding isn't just for technical people, join Matt Buskell from Google in a highly interactive session where attendees will work together to build an application live using Google AI Studio. From idea generation to delivery, attendees will direct the AI in real time, demonstrating how creativity, collaboration and curiosity can produce results in less than 20 minutes. No technical experience require, just bring your ideas and see what is possible when people and AI create together.

Cat Lovatt, Red Global Life Sciences draws on her own experience of returning after a 14-year career break, exploring the themes that matter most for women navigating today's workplace: trust, clarity, meaningful work and culture. Combining personal insights with research gathered from women across the SAP and technology ecosystem, this session examines how organisations can create environments where women can confidently embrace AI and thrive in the future of work.

Join speakers, industry leaders and SAP for an open and interactive discussion exploring the key themes throughout the day:

  • Building trust in AI adoption.
  • Creating inclusive workplaces.
  • Developing future-ready skills.
  • Career transitions and growth.
  • Leadership in an AI-enabled world.
