Emma has over 25 years’ experience in technical and business roles, linking business strategy to technical programme outcomes and ensuring service delivery meets operational needs. As Head of Apps & Platforms at Calor, part of SHV Energy family of companies, she is responsible for the multi-disciplinary teams delivering services and continuous improvement across Calor’s applications. Emma is co-chair of the UKISUG SAP S/4 HANA Community and sits on the Board of Directors. She is a dedicated advocate of women in tech and is committed to championing women’s development in the sector. She co-chairs the Women in SAP Community Focus Group.

Fiona has over 17 years' of experience working with SAP systems and nearly 21 years in IT. Fiona has worked for EDF, Wales & West Utilities, Hewlett Packard and B&Q on their SAP systems in both technical and managerial roles. She has worked on SAP projects and BAU support.

Client Director, Red Global
Cat Lovatt plays a pivotal role in shaping and scaling RED Global’s Life Sciences commercial strategy, with a strong focus on building long-term client partnerships across pharma, biotech, CDMO and consumer health organisations. Her remit spans strategic account development, new logo acquisition and the expansion of RED’s footprint within complex, multi-year transformation programmes.
Looking ahead, Cat’s focus is on strengthening senior stakeholder relationships, deepening partner-led opportunities and driving sustainable revenue growth through repeatable, scalable offerings. Her leadership supports RED Global’s ambition to become a go-to execution partner for life sciences organisations navigating enterprise-scale transformation.
Behind the scenes, Cat balances a busy family life with her husband, three boys and their dog and spends her time on the beach, in the water, or supporting her family on the sidelines of sport. With academic foundations in nutrition, law and psychology and having previously grown a Fast-track 100 company, she brings a well-rounded, people-led perspective to leadership and decision-making. Cat is recognised for her authenticity and strong commitment to helping others, qualities that underpin the trusted relationships she builds and the impact she delivers.

Head of EMEA SAP Specialists, Google Cloud
In her role as Head of EMEA SAP Specialists at Google Cloud, Stany Winkler is leading a team of highly experienced SAP Specialists who help customers understand and benefit from the value of moving their SAP workloads to Google Cloud.
A key area of focus for Stany and her team is how customers can leverage the vast Google AI capabilities in order to boost and modernize their SAP systems and shorten time-to-value for their innovation use cases.
Prior to Google Cloud, Stany held sales and value advisory leadership positions at SAP and within its broader ecosystem, encompassing consulting and service roles.
