Customer Connection

Customer Connection Program is directed at incrementally enhancing and improving the products and solutions you are using today. We collect and submit improvement requests in jointly defined Focus Topics.

Improvement Requests supported by a significant number of customers are then evaluated by SAP development. The Improvement Requests selected for development are typically delivered through support notes or support packages.

Over 100 new development projects are made available to you in each of the three cycles per year to allow you to drive the change in the solutions that can make a positive impact in the future of your business.

No this is not an oxymoron, believe us when we say, SAP Listens!

Let your voice be heard and participate in SAP’s customer satisfaction survey. Twice each year SAP will send their survey to customers, with the aim that all of their direct customers have the opportunity to participate in each year.
