This solution, built on SAP BTP and utilizing technologies such as Cloud Foundry, SAP DIE - Document Information Extraction, SAP Cloud Identity Services, SAP AI Launchpad, SAP AI Core, SAP Workzone, PostgreSQL, and easyMobileProcess (eMP – an Inetum Solution), integrated with SAP purchasing processes. It reduced manual effort, increased accuracy, and improved operational efficiency. The GenAI tool automatically indicates paths for document reception and obtains relevant information, transforming data into actionable knowledge. This scalable solution adapts to each geographic area's needs, allowing resources to be reallocated to more strategic areas.
• Collaboration with a postal service to optimize and maintain their SAP ERP system. This transformation leveraged technical expertise and cost optimization strategies, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), resulting in smooth ERP upgrades, minimized disruptions, and significant cost savings.
• Implementation of a SAP S/4HANA & SAP SuccessFactors Greenfield project on SAP S/4 Public Cloud for a financial services subsidiary. Despite unique challenges in integration, staff training, and process management, the new system improved efficiency, streamlined processes, and enhanced service delivery.
• Implementation of the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solution and SAP Ariba for a global hospitality company to reorganize and homogenize their end-to-end business processes across different sites. Despite challenges in localization and complex integrations, the new system provided flexibility, streamlined processes, and laid a strong IT foundation for expansion and growth.
• Maintenance and evolution of the SAP SuccessFactors suite for an automotive plant with over 15,000 employees. Despite challenges in integration and HR process changes, Inetum's services significantly improved HR operations, particularly in payroll and time management.
• A project with a sports organization where Inetum managed and evolved their cloud solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, SAP ARIBA, SAP Analytics, and SAP SuccessFactors. This transformation enhanced control, traceability, flexibility, and scalability, while reducing costs despite challenges in system integration, process optimization, and international rollouts.
• Implementation for a mining company to deploy SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and adapt to new business needs and market changes. This transformation streamlined processes, improved efficiency, and enabled advanced cost analysis despite complex integrations and extensive change management. Additionally, their new SAP system allowed them to integrate their processes with their customer’s SAP systems -all of them large multinational companies-, increasing automation and minimizing both manual interaction and potential human errors.
• Maintaining and transforming to SAP S/4HANA one of the largest Public Sector SAP implementations in Europe, Madrid’s regional government, that manages the budget, serve nearly 5 million citizens, and 160,000 public employees. Despite challenges related to outdated systems and extensive change management, the new system standardized the economic and financial management model, improved efficiency, and provided greater functional coverage.
