Introducing the UKISUG Connect 2025 Keynote Speakers: Innovation, Transformation and AI Leadership

We're excited to unveil something special for UKISUG Connect 2025: A completely reimagined main keynote experience designed to inspire, challenge and equip you for the future of SAP. This year, we're introducing a fresh format that will delight our delegates across three days of world-class thought leadership.

 

Former SAP CTO Mark Raben kicks off the conference with a dynamic networking keynote that explores change, innovation, collaboration and AI. Known for his perfect blend of humour and valuable insights, Mark brings extensive SAP experience to life through relatable real-world examples. His interactive approach examines the evolving relationship between humans and technology, setting the perfect tone for the days ahead.

 

Conor Riordan, our chairman and Director of Customer Service EMEA at Pfizer, opens Monday's programme highlighting the challenging business environment many members find themselves in, the opportunities and challenges of AI and the move to cloud-based systems. Expect insights based on Conor’s practical real-world experience, feedback from the community and member research. 

 

Leila Romane, Managing Director of SAP UKI, and Paul Clements, Chief Business Officer of SAP UKI, take the stage together to share SAP's strategic vision for the UK and Ireland. Leila's passion for innovative technology solutions combined with Paul's focus on growth and value creation promises valuable insights into what's next for SAP customers. The morning concludes with Sandeep Seeripat, General Manager of Business Transformation and Technology at Twinings Ovaltine, presenting "Twinings Ovaltine Digital Transformation Journey". Since joining as CIO in 2019, Sandeep has transformed traditional IT services into a global consumer-focused technology capability with an 'AI-first' mindset. His session explores how this heritage brand is becoming a digital innovation engine – a transformation programme that earned the Business Network Innovator award at the 2024 SAP UKI Customer Success Awards.

 

Timo Elliott (VP Marketing and Global Innovation Evangelist at SAP SE) and Sonia Nash (Head of Business AI at SAP UKI) deliver the keynote: "AI Won't Take Your Job. But Someone Using It Might". This essential session examines how agentic AI systems are evolving from tools into active collaborators, fundamentally changing decision-making, team dynamics and valuable skills. Expect practical insights on reskilling, role evolution and building a culture where human-AI collaboration drives genuine innovation.
