Oliver Henderson
Oliver is an experienced transformation leader with over a decade of hands‑on delivery across major business programmes underpinned by SAP S/4HANA and its supporting applications. Over the last 10+ years, he has held leadership roles throughout the full programme lifecycle, including Enterprise Architecture, Programme Management, Business Analysis, UAT leadership and roles in communications, change and adoption.
Oliver currently serves as Director, Enterprise Architecture at AstraZeneca, where he is responsible for defining and governing the strategic direction of the enterprise Integrated Toolchain, as well as taking direct responsibility for AstraZeneca’s implementation of SAP’s Business Transformation Management (BTM) suite, including LeanIX, Signavio and WalkMe
Raphaela Meucci
Transformation leader with 10+ years’ experience driving enterprise-wide change across FMCG, financial services, and telecoms. She specialises in business process management, governance, and operating model design, turning strategy into scalable, sustainable execution.
At Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP), she plays a key role in the Profectus programme, a global SAP S/4HANA transformation, leading process governance and performance frameworks.
With deep expertise in SAP Signavio, Raphaela enables end-to-end process visibility, data-led optimisation, and continuous improvement, bridging business and technology to maximise transformation impact.
