Aligned with this year’s International Women’s Day theme, we’ll explore how we can collectively #AccelerateAction for gender equality.
As women in business, we understand the challenges of breaking barriers and driving change. But the pace of progress is too slow to leave to chance. Together, we’ll discuss how we, as individuals and organisations, can take meaningful steps toward greater equality and empowerment in 2025.

Fiona has built her career across more than two decades in SAP and enterprise technology, progressing from early support roles through delivery, governance and strategy in organisations including Welsh Water, EDF Energy, Hewlett Packard and Wales & West Utilities. Having more recently moved into architecture leadership roles at Co‑op, she brings broad, real‑world experience.
