Tim Richards leads the SAP Cloud ERP Delivery team at SAP, with direct responsibility for successful customer outcomes across S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition programmes in EMEA. He brings a strong delivery pedigree, having previously served as S/4HANA Cloud Architect, Senior Technical Architect, and Business Manager for Cloud ERP. Tim has hands-on experience guiding organisations through the full project lifecycle — from initial assessment and scoping through to go-live and post-go-live optimisation. A practical and direct voice on implementation methodology, tooling, and the AI accelerators available to SAP GROW customers, Tim helps organisations de-risk their cloud ERP journey and realise value faster.

Eric van Asselt is a Global Cloud ERP Expert in SAP Product Marketing, specialising in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and SAP's Autonomous Suite. With 28 years at SAP, he brings remarkable depth of product, presales, and go-to-market experience. Since January 2022, Eric has served as Global Product Expert in SAP Product Marketing, supporting customers and field teams worldwide in understanding the capabilities and business value of SAP's public cloud ERP. He previously held the role of Global Presales Specialist for the Intelligent Enterprise, and before that served as Director EMEA of SAP's Center of Excellence for S/4HANA Cloud — a role centred on enabling large-scale cloud ERP deployments across the region. Earlier in his SAP career, Eric spent eight years as Industry Principal for Professional Services and six years as Customer Solution Manager for Services Industries. He is one of SAP's most experienced and well-regarded voices on cloud ERP strategy, implementation best practice, and the Autonomous Enterprise.
