Lucy Dinsdale is Head of IT Internal Controls at Pets at Home, where she leads the organisation’s approach to technology governance, risk, and assurance. Having been with Pets at Home for over 6 years, Lucy has played a key role in strengthening the control environment and embedding sustainable governance frameworks aligned to the UK Corporate Governance Code.
With over 10 years’ experience in IT governance and risk management, Lucy specialises in designing and implementing control frameworks that balance regulatory compliance with business value. She has a strong focus on aligning governance frameworks to business priorities and driving sustainable, scalable control environments. Lucy brings a practical, outcomes-focused perspective on how governance can act as an enabler rather than a barrier to progress.
