Special Interest Group meeting would broadly comprise of the following areas:
- A Customer Story wherein a SAP or Success Factors customer would share their implementation experiences – pains and gains providing a clear insight in their use of Success Factors and SAP HCM.
- An update from SAP on their new releases and upgrades.
- Open Forum Discussions: These discussions enable members to share their key challenges, share ideas and solutions and well as providing support for each other with general business queries about the use and configuration of SAP HCM and Success Factors.
- Specialist topics presentations from your feedback received from previous sessions, where partners and customers are invited to present. We keep the presentation topics up to date and ensure suggestions offered in your feedback are actioned.
This SIG takes pride in actively supporting its members to participate with the SAP’s Customer Engagement Initiatives, especially in the Success Factors solutions. Additionally, representatives of the User Group annually meet the developers in Waldorf with other SIG Chairs in Europe to share common concerns on current solutions and learn about the recent developments.
In the recent years, the User Group has established a close relationship with SAP in the support and development areas of its solutions for its member organisations to benefit from improved return on investments in Success Factors and SAP HCM.
We also run regular Webinars to provide brief information and updates as well as having an actively SAP Jam page, where members can ask questions, share ideas and talk to each other!
