"We've got about thirty thousand on our payroll and we use Query Manager for reporting for different areas of the business; so for the Pensions team, for data quality checks, for submissions to pension regulators; for accounts reconciliations.

The main benefit we've found is the fact that we can build and schedule the reports to run automatically. They also then can be encrypted and distributed directly from the system itself, rather than having to have manual intervention....It saves us lots of time. We can just set the reports to run on a daily basis and distribute them out to whoever needs them.

It's got a lot more flexibility than we used to have, and we can add a lot more benefit to the reports rather than just sending out a spreadsheet with numbers on."

"We implemented Data Sync Manager to create and maintain sandbox systems in the RISE environment. It helps us both to reduce the size of the servers and also to anonymise data. In RISE, you can order additional non-production tier systems or servers, and you pay for the size you have. And when you have a smaller database, you can get a smaller server and save money. We are running a stable and well-performing system in RISE today."
