I've been using Neptune's DXP for several years now to create enterprise grade apps across multiple OS and devices. It has greatly reduced the time to create, and more crucially to support, mobile applications in SAP. It's ease of use means that you can have an app ready to test in days, and it's drag & drop designer and ABAP centric design approach makes it very easy to learn, even if you have no app design experience. It's transformed our approach to solution building for the business - it is the go to platform for any new developments.
