Community Chairs
Michael Gent
Michael has over 25 years retailing experience and over 22 years implementing and managing SAP solutions in multiple retailers. Within this time he has been involved with many full lifecycle implementations, SAP upgrades and strategic retail & logistics projects. Michael Currently manages the SAP solutions at Pets at Home.
Vincent Petit
Vincent brings over 20 years of experience implementing and managing ERP systems in the global automotive industry. Five years ago, he specialised in SAP solutions when he assumed responsibility for a global SAP landscape in need of modernisation. Recognising the strategic importance of insourcing capabilities, he built and ran an in-house SAP practice of more than 400 professionals (based across three continents), covering configuration, development, support and services across the organisation.
As a very early adopter, Vincent successfully delivered the pioneering digital cloud transformation RISE with SAP across six global SAP instances. He then went on to shape the organisation’s long-term ERP strategy, aligning the global template with business objectives, driving seamless integration and optimising processes to enhance efficiency, scalability and growth.
