This SIG has a wide range of subject matters, covering the full Application Life-cycle Management of your SAP solution. From end-to-end Solution scoping, implementation (including Testing), support, operations, maintenance and optimisation. This online event will be hosted by our co-chairs Rohan Parikh from Maersk, and Rhian Parry from Dwr Cymru Welsh Water.
SAP for Me has been continuously improved and expanded to provide different capability areas. If you are aiming to leverage support in the most efficient and guided way using the newly developed SAP for Me application, this session delivered by John Bowley from SAP would be ideal.
Customer Centers of Expertise (Customer COEs) act as collaboration hubs across IT and Lines of Business in their companies. It maximizes business outcomes from your SAP investment and drives continuous technology and business process innovations. Rohan from Maersk has recently went through the accreditation, he will be sharing his experience and sharing any tips and what to look out for when you're going through the process.
After a short comfort break, Peter Roddy from SAP will provide an overview of the different SAP ALM platforms for Operations (SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM and SAP Focused Run). He will discuss the product availability strategy, use cases relevant to each platform and general transition advice.
