On April of 2020 SD Worx, a Belgium company specialized in HR and Payroll solutions acquired Adessa in order to strengthen their SAP and Succesfactors teams and offering. Adessa will become the brand name within SD Worx for the SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and HR technology consulting business, which SD Worx wants to expand further across Europe.
