Customer Sessions at UKISUG Connect 2026: See How Your Peers Are Maximising Value From SAP

Customer sessions are often among the most popular aspects at UKISUG Connect. They offer a brilliant opportunity for our members to get insights from peers who've run their own SAP projects, faced similar challenges and emerged with teachings to share.

This year's Connect features an impressive lineup of customer-led sessions spanning everything from how to accelerate your SAP journey to why some organisations love working with SAP, and how SAP-related security has evolved. These are honest, real-life stories from organisations navigating the same SAP landscape you are.

Spotlight Sessions Worth Your Time

AstraZeneca – Accelerating Your SAP Journey

AstraZeneca returns to Connect with a session that showcases the business’s AI-Accelerated Journey. Russell Smith and Ade Welsh will be delivering a hands-on session outlining how AI tooling can be used to accelerate any SAP project journey. They will discuss AstraZeneca's own experience with AI, detailing a project which started in September 2025 and has matured to the point where they are using AI as a core part of all delivery activities.

Coca-Cola – Beyond Go-Live: The Business Value of Effective SAP Release Management

Grace N’goma from Coca-Cola Europacific Partners will dig into CCEP’s SAP release management strategy, including going beyond timely deployments, and highlighting what keeps every change flowing into the business without a hitch. She’ll cover CCEP’s experience with SAP SuccessFactors to inform how planning, risk management, collaboration and business readiness make up the ingredients that protect continuity release after release.

Haleon – Standardising Global Demand Planning and Applying AI Across Distributor Markets, and Haleon’s GRC Modernisation Journey

This year, Haleon is sharing two in-depth sessions to showcase different aspects of its SAP journey. Alex D’Amato and Bruno Palacios Serra will offer a deep dive into how Haleon scaled SAP IBP across 50+ distributor markets, and how it got there through standardising planning, strengthening data governance and automating sell-out data management. In our Security & Control stream, Punit Bafna will provide insights into Haleon’s reassessment of its GRC landscape, and how this defined the business’s S/4HANA transformation.
