SAP Integrated Toolchain

This Focus Group explores how WalkMe helps organisations identify where employees are struggling with tools and processes and how contextual guidance and automation can close adoption gaps and improve accuracy in day-to-day tasks.

RISE with SAP Methodology
The RISE with SAP Methodology is a structured framework designed to guide organisations through SAP business transformation from initial discovery and planning through to go-live and continuous innovation. It draws on three core components. The first is a standardised project framework built around SAP Activate road maps, spanning six phases: Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realise, Deploy and Run. The second is an integrated toolchain that spans people, processes, applications and data. The third is access to expert guidance from SAP and its partners throughout the journey.

Oliver Henderson
Oliver is an experienced transformation leader with over a decade of hands‑on delivery across major business programmes underpinned by SAP S/4HANA and its supporting applications. Over the last 10+ years, he has held leadership roles throughout the full programme lifecycle, including Enterprise Architecture, Programme Management, Business Analysis, UAT leadership and roles in communications, change and adoption.
Oliver currently serves as Director, Enterprise Architecture at AstraZeneca, where he is responsible for defining and governing the strategic direction of the enterprise Integrated Toolchain, as well as taking direct responsibility for AstraZeneca’s implementation of SAP’s Business Transformation Management (BTM) suite, including LeanIX, Signavio and WalkMe
