Our people are at the centre of all we do. From our values, beliefs and behaviours to our community development, success and voice, without people we would have no UKISUG community. Our focus is on our people and we show this, in no small part, in the key areas of investment, community and environment. These are the elements which make up our ICE Initiative.
We continue to develop and drive success for the SAP community across the UK and Ireland in a number of ways. Our wellbeing programme supports the welfare and mental health of members and is supported by Thrive. Our Futures programme works with universities and colleges to engage with interns, graduates and students to welcome the next generation of SAP professionals into our community. We champion diversity and inclusion and are at the forefront of supporting Women in SAP. We are on the journey to Net Zero and have already committed to doing our best and offsetting the rest. In our wider environment we believe in supporting the communities in which we live, work and play and support a number of amazing local and national charities.
