Our Learning & Change Management Focus Group brings together training trainers, end-user educators and change management professionals from across the SAP community to share what works, what doesn't and what's next.

This group with Leah Appleton, Fox's Burton's & Liz Griffin, Warburtons Ltd, Community Chairs, is a platform for exploring the full spectrum of SAP education and training. From training methodologies and end-user enablement to the training software and tools that support successful change. A results-driven technology leader with over 20 years of experience in the fast-paced food service and food manufacturing sectors. Leah held a range of senior IT roles, developing deep expertise in IT strategy, programme and project delivery, PMO leadership and enterprise applications. Since 1998, she has worked extensively with SAP and non-SAP technologies to drive business transformation and sustain operational excellence.

 

Known for her competitive edge and high-energy approach, Leah thrives on delivering impactful change and pushing boundaries. She's passionate about inspiring the next generation of tech talent—energising them to innovate, lead and deliver with the same intensity.

Based in South Manchester, Leah is married to Danny and a proud mum to two daughters - Darcey and Reese, who she hopes to inspire every day to be bold, curious and the very best they can be.
