Recently, we spoke to Oliver Gutzeit, Vice President, Experience Technology at SAP, about how SAP runs its own business on SAP. Oliver discussed SAP’s treatment of itself as “customer zero”. This included testing new products internally before they reach customers, and how SAP achieved a clean core. Oliver also shared insights into how SAP treats its own data and internal use cases for Joule. If you’re looking to start your own AI journey, this is an episode you can’t miss.

They discussed how SUGEN brings together more than 40 user groups to help shape SAP’s roadmap on behalf of customers.
